IQ and its core team are members of:

  • The British Market Research Association (BMRA)
  • The Business Intelligence Group (BIG)
  • Society for Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP).
We are not members of the Market Research Society (MRS) since it largely represents practitioners of consumer research. However, we are guided by the MRS Code of Conduct through our membership of the BMRA.�

When conducting interviews, we will never disclose the identity of respondents to our clients, unless the interviewee specifically asks us to do so.�

We believe that an interview should be a mutually beneficial experience and we always encourage our clients to permit us to share information with respondents and, where relevant and appropriate, to allow us to send an agreed, concise synopsis of the research findings.
