IQ is supported by a small, close-knit group of freelance consultants and interviewers who
work with the company on a contract basis.
These individuals are highly skilled executive
interviewers and analysts who, in the past, have worked for both client and agency organisations
in managerial positions.
They bring gravitas and commercial context to our offering, as well
as a breadth of expertise not usually associated with a firm of our size. Most of our consultants
have worked with IQ since its inception.
